Look Inside...

Whiskey, which is made from barley-germinated malt (malt), water, and yeast, is a liquor from spirits manufactured for medical purposes by monks around the 4th and 5th centuries. Depending on the raw material, it is broadly classified into malts, grains and blended whiskies, and depending on the way it is manufactured, it can also be divided into scotch, Irish, bourbon, and Canadian whiskey. Because it must be aged in oak barrels for a long period of time to develop a distinctive aroma and flavor, many variables play a role in the completion of a quality whisky. The Master Distiller, who oversees the entire whisky making process, controls these variables and studies the combination of different flavors to create a whisky that captures the personality of the distillery. In recent years, the decline of independent bottling companies that do not own distilleries has been prominent, with experimental attempts to not indicate the year of ripening or to be independent of the ripening period.
